i hate calling in >:(
so i called polycase.com to order a sample of there case that i might use, and i got some lady that was real mean
so when i called in i said that i wanted to order a sample case and she asked me what is my bussiness called and i had to think of it off the top of my head so i just said mp64 (miguel's portable 64) and then she started thinking it was a prank call so i had to convince her that i really wanted a sample and describe to her what i was going to do which got my kind of annoyed

Don't worry, you just got unlucky. Whoever you talked to either had a bad day, or they are new/bad at this job and won't be there long.
Polycase has always been one of the nicest companies I've ever dealt with, and they are very good about everything they do. The people I talk to on the phone are very nice and interesting in doing everything they can to help.
I've ordered from them many times. Heck, once after my dad and I ordered a ZN-45 and a JB-65 they called me and specifically confirmed that I wanted the second case to be a JB-65, as my previous order was a JB-55. They really do care about their customers, so don't let this person spoil the companies reputation with you!
