well first of all, stop using a psp power supply, it only outputs 5 volts, and the ps2 needs 8.5 volts. if ur reset pcb cable is broken, you can order a new one here:

but the av just giving you lines might be a sign of a defective signal chip, and if thats the case, you will either have to switch to an RGB cable (if ur currently using a composite cable), or if that doesnt work you may just have to get a new ps2, cuz that kind of problem is nearly impossible to fix.
