Video out and video in on Dvd portables use the 3.5mm mini headphone jack for it's connection. Then you use a 3.5mm jack - to - rca.

Dude, seriously, there are 3.5 mm splitters for video. Thats how I used my Dreamcast on a Gamegear TV tuner.
