Those look like they use pots because the stick connects with a sphere shaped thing instead of just a stick going into the controller. I could be wrong though

looks like a normal pot in there can you tell us if we can replace it?

if this is to be modded, I hope someone goes the extra mile and swaps the D-pad and stick locations
