What the hells up with the 72 pin connector?
I just got a 72 pin connector to wire up to my megajoy 2. After actually seeing this thing i am more confused than ever. Please dont refer me to gannons pinout diagram beacause that is of no help to me.
Question: how do i know which pin is no.1 on both the 72 pin connector and the 60 pin famicom connector of my mega joy. Without knowing what each pins number is, a numbered diagram does nothing for me.
Also, what happened to all the people working on a more visual explaination of this?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Again also, plaese dont reply with some post full of electrical jargen as i am not that experienced in these matters.
Thanks

A lot of megajoys and superjoys do not have labeled motherboards, not even a "1" on the first pin. It's a real pain in the ass, but that's the kind of quality pirate stuff usually is. The best thing to do is to find the ground and +5v pins and match them with you Famicom side pinout. Another thing to look for is the fact that pins 45-46 are joined by a trace on the NOAC. These points should give you a bearing.
If all else fails, take it apart!
