does anyone know a way of getting a standard pc usb keyboard or mouse to work with my ps2?
or is it just certain keyboards and mice that are compatable?

Any standard USB keyboards and mice should work. Are you sure the game you're using supports them?

you can buy a pack called ps2 linux it comes with a hard drive mouse keyboard and disc ($400!!!)

I'm guessing he already has a keyboard and mouse, and wants to make use of them, rather than having to go out and buy new stuff.

yeah but i cant think of many things that you can use a mouse with other than linux.

well, i want to use it to play fps games, but i think itl only work if the game is designed to use it.

dont you need a ps2/usb adaptor?
Also, how are they "not working" is windows recognising them?. and are the usb ports bad?
