Does anyone else see something ethically wrong with this? I mean, I know he ripped you off, but seriously. This is the internet, you are bound to get ripped off once in a while. Personally harassing someone is being just as bad as the scammer, and not to mention also punishable by law. If you really have your heart set on "punishing" this guy, just report it to the police and if they can't do anything, let it go. This sort of internet vigilante justice shouldn't really be as accepted as it is.

I had a notable scammer scam me here a while back. More than half the people listed in the trading post feedback thread are aliases of him, and police reports did nothing.

What happened? Me and a few other people kept tabs on him, and every time he came back, for over a year. Then, with the help of quite a few BH members, we counter-ripped him off and got him to send a ton of the stuff back, along with a lot of other goodies. The box stopped at 3 victims houses, and finally at mine.

And you know what? He has not come back yet.

Yeah I'm not really going to torment him Just wanted his email to mail him directly and see if he reply's. Like I said before it isn't really worth my time but wanted to let everybody know to watch out for this guy if he ever tries to do another deal with someone.

Also police won't really do anything for things as small as this so I never really bother. But'll leave it as it is anyway. It isn't worth my time

I've been scammed a couple of times before just not from someone from benheck! Which is why I don't like it one bit

Also if you knew you could get a scammer back you would do it! No matter who you are! I mean if I get his email adress and IP address I can go fro there Any mods reading this!!!! You can't let somethinglike this happen on your watch can you

This is very true, and I doubt this is the kind of behavior Ben would support.
