how to remove [crayon?] from n64 carts

my buddy sold my his n64 with a few games and one of them has a bunch of black marks on the case

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser looks like it could do the job. I've never tried it, but from what I've read it should work.

The Magic Eraser is a good suggestion. I've seen it even remove permanent marker from stuff. Haven't tried it on crayon, though, but it may just work.

You can try goo gone or goof off but watch out for goo gone because it leaves a citrus smell. Goof off is great when removing stuff and it is cheap.

The magic eraser is just a really fine abrasive! Its actually made of the stuff they were putting in Chinese milk a few years ago.

It will probably remove the entire label before it removes the crayon. I suggest some kind of organic solvent, but something like acetone might also destroy the label. Kerosene maybe. Or goo-off. lol.
