I disagree!
Personally, I think a GP32 could do pretty much everything a PSP would be good for. And it's cheaper.

Yep, just ordered one of of gp32z.com an hour or two ago. David is really friendly, and it was only $209 for a 166mhz GP32 with glass screen! It rocks!
