If you have to ask, I wouldn't reccomend buying from them.

I've not heard about that site before, it looks to be in broken english, but that doesn't mean it's a scam. Wait until you get confirmation from someone else to buy it just in case though.

Seeing as they take paypal, they're probably fine. If you have any problems, you can dispute the charge with paypal or file a chargeback with the credit card company.

Well, sometimes you can see a scam easily without having to ask. At that point the rule is fine.

But if I found some website where the english wasn't perfect, but they took paypal etc. etc., the rule is complete crap.

It says it's for a cartridge, but yes, it does look a lot like a flash drive.
