Help me with my MSCED project!

Post by khaag »

Hi there guys, I'm working on a project to get my creative juices flowing. I'm starting a "Make Something Cool Every Day" project for 1 year. I'm going to be designing something every day for a year. I've decided to go with a theme to help the process along and keep it unified. I chose the elements.

I just want to see what the community can do to help out with the brainstorming process.

I need you to write down as many things that comes to mind about Helium.

chipmunks come to mind, but I don't think that helps.

Balloon + wireless camera + fans + helium = success!

Pressurized helium in small capsules (like CO2 cartridges) for little toy cars.

Liquid helium is colder than liquid nitrogen. It has the ability to cool something just above absolute zero.

Yep. The AMD Athlon II QuadCore was cooled by AMD using liquid nitrogen and then liquid helium to get to a temperature of 3-5 degree's above absolute zero. They hold the record for that too.
