PS is widely known by sony to mean PlayStation. Where did you get THAT idea? Anyways, The PSP is primarily marketed as a gaming console with music and video capabilities. That's why the only media they are selling for it _Right Now_ are games. As far as I know, they haven't even begun selling any movies for it yet (except SpiderMan2, which came in the bundle) and have NO plans to sell music specifically for it (If you want to listen to music on it, you have to rip your own CDs and/or find some mp3s on your own and put them on a card.

So yes, the PSP is ALL about games.

yeah man not saying i hate psp or any thing just i dont like the games and i would have to have over 3oo cnd suddenly.

I am getting a psp probably mid summer after all of the problems are fixed and they have some more games out for it. I could have bought one the day it came out but i figured i better wait. Maybe over summer they will have new plans for the psp like more colors or a more upgraded version.

Yeah, obviously they wouldnt be ALL about games if they put in a commonly bought memory stick that can store movies, programs (yeah, I'm sure they'll do it eventually), and music.

If it was ALL about games it'd have internal storage, which or effectively eliminate any chance of homebrew (makes you wonder why they didn't do that.

yeah i here about some kind of GBA emulator comming out for it, yeah you know what can play GBA games on a handheld? A GBA

Well the GBA emulator makes sense, a 1gig card is cheaper than a GBA (if you dont have one, but who doesnt?) and all the games you could fit on that card (a lot).

ah....well, a gig stick is still REALLY hard to find for a decent price..........

Well, even if you saw F-it to the 1 gig, a 512mb stick would still hold a lot of games. So, if emulators are made for the PSP, its going to kick friggin' ass.
