As far as I know, everything is only NTSC. And I don't have anything that is PAL, so I can't test it.

I actually just decided to buy AV cables (and hopefully a PSU) off ebay. I'm not really interested in rock band/guitar hero.

I still have it. Are you sure you can't find a cheaper screen in Canada? Deals come and go. I don't want you spending $20 for shipping if you don't have to.
