how to i relocate the buttons

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

hey i need help with re locating a and b i cant seem to find a pinout of the controller? can any one help me ?

Just follow the traces, I don't know how to be more clear then that.

There should be little solder pads along the traces of the buttons. You'll also need to make sure that the buttons share a (common?) ground :)
