All it does is send the file as an attachment to your account, so you still have a 10MB file limit. For movies I suggest you use a movie compresser(sorry, no links, but I don't mean a zip program), then use WinRAR to further compress, and break into several 9.5MB files. Other zip programs may allow dividing, but I only know of WinRAR.
Sidenote: If you do use the GMD, make sure that your computer doesn't go into auto standby, because it will cause some big problems. When I got my new computer, I had to copy 14 zip files, and they were all 9.9MB. On number 12, nature called, and I had to answer, so I left my computer, and during number 14(15 minutes after I left), my computer went into standby. This made the file stop transferring, but even worse, Google thought my account was being hacked, and it was locked for 24 hours. The worst part, I needed that software to finish my homework.
