Nice board cutting, but you can get it even smaller if you wire the screen and audio on the pads about 1 mm lower. I'll label a pic for you later if you want it.

I know I can get it smaller, but what I have done so far is good enough to fit in the case :wink:

Can't wait to see this one finished! :P Is that an N64 Cpad for main the buttons?

I'm predicting that the 3.5" screen and AG85 combo is going to become very popular. I'm considering it...

CD drive will be internal, and yes it is an N64 C-pad 8)

I'll be using joysticks in mine just because they make it easier to control games for me.

I do actually have room for both joysticks, I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to use them though :?

Looking good, Are they lithium ion batteries? And what screen is that?

Yes they are Li-ion; camcorder batteries (7.4v 4600mah)
And the screen is one of these Image 3.5" car monitors.

you can get them for like 20 pounds shipped, which is a pretty good deal and from what hailrazer tells me at least, they are of good quality.
