demensions of n64 parts and general questions

Would an unmodded psone screen fit in a zn-45? do i need to cut down the n64 board to fit it into the case?

Im asking because i have just found out that my school has a metal arts room and i got permission to work on my portable n64 because i have so many frees. So im going to be working on two portables at the same time, keeping one portable at home, and another in school.

update on psonep: not sure if anyone really cares...but my psonep from ben's book is going well. i am 90% done with the screen assembly. i have completed building the back of the unit with shoulder buttons, but i have not yet completed the front case portion (have not attached the aluminum wall) or the lid switch assembly. i will be wiring the parts together soon. Im working a little slowly because school really cuts into the time, but i will finish as soon as possible. i can post pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them. toodles
