Wondering if this would be possible?

To some how make a NES play roms. Have a usb port and load some roms on there. Or just make a portable that plays any roms with a stand alone emulator(s).
I understand the iphones and ipod touches can play NES games now. And a while back i had got this cheapo mp3 player off this site Pigpony.com they had this mp3 player that played nes roms. i havnt dug through the site to find it again. they have gotten a bit bigger of an inventory then when i had got it.
