dunno if this is the right place but am new here (hi Everyone from Hull in the UK) so please feel free to move if apropriate..Am looking at making a Dc portable and would like some advice on making a vacum formed case..and also fitting the internals.....

nope. not the right place. should be in the dreamcast section, and, for help with vacforming, read through the casing stickies.
