i have a few questions
Ok i am the not a total newby to all of this i have build two previous portables one my n64, and sega genisis witch have now both died. what I wanted to ask was what would be the best screen and battery for a n64 in a zn-45 casing ? I want to make it fit into there as smooth and nicely as i can.

A Psone screen will fit in a Zn-45 case with very minor trimming.
A 6000mAh camcorder battery has six small cells when taken apart that will fit just fine in there. And you will get over 3 1/2 hours with it.
