That reminds me of German class, singing the direct objects to the Austrian Waltz.
Aus Ausser Bei Mit, Von Zeit, Nach Zu. <- It's been awhile so I'm not sure if those are right though :P

If you can remember V = I X R, you can do almost anything in electronics.
V = Voltage
I = Current
R = Resistance

For the entire semester, I sat in math class and wrote that pfogram for my TI-83Plus, then used it to cheat on my final. YEAH! A on the final :D .

Seriously? I wrote a program to solve all of the main equations (quad., midpoint, temp, sin cos tan cot csc sec, distance, and one or two others) with default menus, it got deleted (gasp!), and rewrote it in short time. Then redid it with custom graph-menus, which took me like a week or two. To say the least, I only use the quadratic, so if i have my calc out I use it, otherwise it's just something I did to waste time.

It saved me that little bit of time on the test, and I wrote it so that instead of just giving me the answer, and told me like 8 things about the equation. I had some others, but when I updated the OS, I forgot to back the stuff up on to my computer, so I lst it.

Aha, my program only has
A=?
B=?
B=?

<enter stuff, hit enter>

x-pos=
3 + 3.3436i (god damn those imaginaries!)
x-neg=
3 - 3.3436i

If I have my calculator out later, I will copy the code to a webpage, and add pics of the program in action, then post a link.

I don't know if it has ever been aired in the States, but I'm pretty sure that its setting is down there.

Is there an actual meaning to the letters R-N-R? Tvtome gave nothing for the acronym.

Whatever show you're thinking of, cool beans was around before it (I'm guessing). I remember back in the day, on Doug, Skeeter would always say cool beans. Don't ask me how I remembered that, I just did. :P
