What is the minimum voltage that can be given to the 12V line?
Also, my battery charger is 12V 2.2A. Is this adaquate or overkill for powering the n64 (with expansion pack), 3.5" lcd (about 100mA draw), and a small stereo amp? I'm not quite sure how many amps the n64 consumes...

The 12v line goes directly into a 7805, so anything ~7v or higher should be fine.

The minimum the N64 can take is 7v.

Current draw: 3.3v line: 1.10A for the jumper pack, 1.25A with the expansion pack. 12v line: 110mA
Approximate battery life with jumper pack: 2.5 hours
Approximate battery life with expansion pack: 2 hours
