hello again...uhh to put a power switch outside the case i need a power switch?if yes what switch?and this battery would be fine http://www.batteryspace.com/li-ion18650 ... thpcb.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?....and it already comes with the protection circuit?
and this wire its good for all the project? http://www.batteryspace.com/wire22awg25ft-red.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: power switch
Any switch?
If you only have to break one connection with the switch, then that is the most basic function of switching and any switch would do that. They have designations like DPDT or SPDT to tell you how many connections that they make/break at the same time. "SPST" is the name for the simplest kind of switch.
Yes to the battery. Yes to the wire. (might I recommend also getting at least one other color. black. It makes it easier to keep track of all your connections. And for other people as well.)

Re: power switch
uhh i dont want toget outof the topic but for my last question i just want to know if the resistor can be the 2.2k ohm resistor bcuz at the harshboy wiring diagram it was a 2k ohm resistor and uhh wherei can find the spst switch?
thx so much *-*

Re: power switch
i use 2.2k on mine but i have a pth08080, in harshboys diagram he used a pth08000 there esentialy the same though. You can get a switch from any electrical store. Im in England so use Maplin or good old ebay, but i think most of the Americans on here like Radioshack but i couldnt comment on that.
Re: power switch
The resistor value directly affects the output voltage. Read the datasheet to see what voltage you get with 2.2k.
Actually you people are too lazy here http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/pth08000w.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It should be alright but if it doesn't work you might want to move to 2k.
