expansion pack queries
So i would like to be able to play majoras mask and dk64 on my portable but size is a real issue. I know that an expansion pack relocation is possible, but i think its out of my skill range. I have heard that different brands of expansion packs vary in size some smaller than others (when open of course).
Obviously im looking for the smallest option or the easiest to trimm down. Any help/pics etc would be awsome
Thanks

Re: expansion pack queries
The smallest ones are the first party ones, third party ones often have two ram chips instead of just one.

Penguins are birds.
Birds are warm blooded.
On the subject of the expansion pack you can trim quite a bit off the sides and the PCB inside is a lot smaller than the casing makes it appear to be. Like the N64 in that respect.

Methinks EvilTeddy's sarcasm detector is malfunctioning.hailrazer wrote:EvilTeddy's must not understand sarcasm and subtle humor.evilteddy wrote:Penguins are birds.

All joking aside, yes, the first party expansion packs are smaller and can often be trimmed a bit more to make them more compact.
