Either that or you could just keep it on the DL.

Ironically enough, ALL Eagle Scouts I have ever met and known: didn't care about God, smoked weed, and got drunk on the weekends.

I guess that makes me a unique Eagle Scout

note - please do not start any moral bickering from my statements. I do not want to start another argumental thread. Lets stick with the slaphappy stuff :P

Just stumbled across this thread... I made Eagle, but I don't recall anything I was asked. It WAS 7 years ago.

True story though - I procrastinated and ended up turning in my application the day before I turned 18. Anyone still shooting for Eagle - DO NOT let this be you. Not fun.

Yup! I got my Eagle 3 weeks before turning 18. Whew, getting all those signatures was NOT fun!

I've ended up being Life for Life. It was either get my Eagle, or get applications/essays done for applying to college.

That's the way it is with most of of the Eagle Scouts I know. And almost all of the kids 16+ in my OA chapter are like that too.

Really? I can't count the number of caffeinated beverages I've consumed this week on one hand.

Yeah same. Caffeine is such a terrible thing though. Did you know that apples will help you wake up in the morning better than any coffee or soda? I tried it past 2 days with great results!!!

You know what else is bad for you? Oreos.........which is why I am going to die in 10 years (assuming 2012 is a joke). Man I am jumping all over the place with topics

But I love Oreo's....

Apparently, the first time I had an Oreo, I was three years old. The first thing I did was open it up and eat the filling.

Pssha, oreos aren't bad for you. I have eaten a sleeve a day for almost two years and I am 6' 1" and weigh 155lbs. But now I am down to a sleeve every three days because I don't have the money to fuel my habit.

I've never smoked or had a drink either. Although, I do indulge in the occassional Monster. I would drink them all the time, but I don't want to be a caffeine addict like some out there.

But also, young guys have the assumption that weight and height are the only thing that matter when it comes to health. Eating a sleeve of Oreos everyday isn't going to be much of a match against a young, thin guy's metabolism. but the long term effects of eating crappy when you're young will be huge.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Lol oh I know its awful for me. I don't actually believe one could get away with this sort of lifestyle for very long.

And as far as caffeine consumption. Seriously, to all of you caffeine addicts out there, stop it. I know it will suck hard for a week or two, but then you won't believe how good you feel once you are not dependent on it. It really is extremely hard on your body. And if you really have that much trouble waking up on your own go to bed earlier!, or try mixing a bakers yeast shot in the morning. It has a TON of vitamins that will help you feel good and awake all day. It just taste horrible.

Wow off topic much? I think ", eating habits" should be added to the title now
