Swicth question- Help?

Ok so this is my last question here.... I bought a 3 pin switch heres a pic



ok heres what im thinking



Pink = Positive
Black & Red = Negative
Brown wire = Positive

correct me if im wrong

BTW. I want to charge my batteries even when my portable is on or off

If you want 7.4v then your batteries need to be in series and not parallel

And where is the protection circuit for the Li-po's?

I don't understand the question. Where do you have the P+ and P- hooked together ????

Not as long as the switch is hooked up where flipping it ONLY causes the positives to connect.

holy... I just had sparks coming from the switch.... then I hoocked it up the other way around ( connected the P- to ground and P+ to the golden pin) and it dosent work by batts from work fine... Ill be doing the way Kurt told me.... Just connect the neg wire to the middle pin and the last pin.

I assumed you knew which pins on the switch were the ones that made the connection when it was turned on.

Of course you can't wire it where the positive and negative are connected when the switch is flipped on.
