I'm wondering if somebody could tell me if i could run the 3.3v line on the 64 on 2.5v.

No. Generally the 3.3v line is *very* picky. It does depend on the board, I know some people have been able to slightly undervolt it (to 3.27v for example), but 2.5v will not work.

No you don't get much slack with the 3.3v line, it will except anything between 3.0v to 3.4v.
