Two Questions

First: Can someone link me to some 6mm rubber tact switches? I can't find them on Digikey or Mouser.

Second: How do you blow a fuse? I can't figure out what I did to my SNESs that made them blow out. My 1.5A fuse on two SNES Minis blew, and I don't know why. One of them was pretty drastically screwed up, but the other one was almost completely unaltered. The second one, I took the board out of the case and rewired a few capacitors and BAM—It's blown.

1. you may have to look for those on ebay, usually they're cheaper and come in packs of 50
2. fuses are blown when too much electricity passes through them, they protect vital more expensive components. Sometimes you can't tell if they're blown, and other times, well, they get pretty violent. Anyway sometimes you can bridge them, of course that means that the next time something happens the whole thing will be fried.

I have two more questions: When a fuse is blown, can it still power an LED? Also, on the SNES Mini, can the capacitors light up an LED when the fuse isn't blown, and can it light them up when it is.

normally when a fuse blows, power doesn't get through.
and if there's charge in the caps and the LED is connected, it will probably light up.
If the fuse is actually blown, it probably won't light up.

the capacitors unless absolutely HUGE , will only power an led for a few mins tops. Its probably not the fuse, i think youve killed your hard ware .
