I'm not so good at led modding psone screens so what I wanna do is try to fit the psone screen into the zn-45 case unmodded. I'm planning on using a dremel with epoxy and putting the original frame the screen came in and epoxying that into the front of the unit.

Well it will be a bit more work but it should be do-able.

Yes, it's doable to fit an unmodded psone screen in there, or I should say un-LED-modded, but you will need to cut off parts of the bottom to make it fit I believe, which will require a little rewiring.

No he is saying frankenmod it. Cut off the top of the case and epoxy the whole screen top in the case. So you will have a round bump at the top of the case after it's done

At least I think he is.

Oh, I see now. Seems possible to me.

You could have it with a bump at the top and one at the bottom, that might look cool, somewhat like ben's ps2p.
