God I hate the internet sometimes. You'd think people could be less idiot-ish and actually think things through and do research, but meh. I should be used to it by now.

Spam.

yo guys, Chill the F@ck down. He offered what he had. If you dont like it, then dont Spam saying if it garbage. I espected more from the higher post users.

@derekderek

Sup man, like I said. If I were you, I would build it my self. Just look at me. I had no skill in electronics or w.e, now im building a protable snes which looks really cool! Some times my cases looked like garbage, but then I would sand down here and there, not its sexy :P. From that tutorial u posted, I think you should be fine. Dont have to worry of getting scammed, or reading useless post of spammers.

I didn't know you were allowed to be a jerk on your birthday.

now kid, dont get defensive, i was just giving you free advice your free to take it or leave it but dont get mad, thats when you've lost the forum fight (for the record you can never win a forum fight)

Yes, yes you are
derekderek wrote:brand new 100 dollare ps2 I dont see what is crap other then you're opinion none of its even "old"
I wouldn't pay $100 for a PS2, which is "old," you see, there is this new thing called a PS3
derekderek wrote:Then don't post you're to ignorant to accept its only you're opinion that it takes to much time ...a hour per day and u'd be done in a week.
how is it not ignorant to think that you have a better idea of how long or hard a mod is without actually doing it, or even having any expereance in modding what so ever?

I think if you're not interested in taking up his offer, please just let it be. All I've really gotten from this thread is "l0l n00b", and not much else. Thank you people who offered helpful suggestions.

I thought Benheck has a level of maturity, but I guess not :wtf:

I agree Limport. Yeah im probably just going to do it myself Simon, I was hopen I could get a experinced person to help me, yeah its alright,
I know you arn't all immature like snow penguin all forums have people like that.

Calling me a idiot for not researching while telling me I know nothing about moding, I "researched" the aprox time
and yes i know nothing about moding, whitch is why i started this topic in the first place.

Fun Fact, I know what bartering is.
I didnt know starting 5 months before somone on forums made you not a noob, and noob? grow up I pity you lol
Ps2 slim has a market value of 100 dollares and its "new out of the box" atleast make sense just because you wouldent pay it, doesnt alter value..
Like I said before, theres this beautiful thing called the internet and reviews about pacific moding, you're the only one talking about somthing he knows nothing about.

Anyway thanks simon and limport and all the other people that weren't a jackass. They lost any respect they
had ill ignore them now.

Hah, you reported Snow for spamming? This is the internet, welcome to normalcy.

You are being a jerk. If someone insults you, or you percieve as much, just roll with it, no need to get all bent out of shape.

No, a PS2 slim is not worth $100 for this purpose. You need to consider that when you trade, they are usually getting things they would normally not buy, ot are going to have to sell at a slight loss to get actual cash. As such, if you are the instigator of the trade, expect to knock at least 10-20% off the going rate on sites like eBay.

All that said, he has a decent offer for a PS360 controller. There have been a lot worse offers. I would make one, but like the others, school has priority.

I didnt waste time reporting, if you like forum spamming then enjoy normality most forums suspend then use a ban when they start flooding with useless things.
Its worth 100 market value in other words you would save that mutch money then buying one. Yeah selling would probably knock off around 30 bucks. I'm only expecting it to be done in around 2 weeks, thanks anyway ill give it another week on here before I give it a whirl myself.

A newbie is someone who started in a community recently. a noob is someone who acts like they know better than people with more expereance. learn the difference.

but it's been taken out of the box, so it's value has already dropped significantly.

Newbie- new to forum etc.

Noob- low experience level, not necessarily telling people things they know nothing about (which you are doing by the way) but someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

I may still be a newbie but definitely not a noob, I had much experience in electronics before BH and have learned much here as well.

It costs $100 new. You can get a used one from Gamestop for $70. New price ≠ market value.
That said, all your stuff is a pretty fair offer for a PS360 controller, in my opinion. You might want to try selling it and using that money to pay for a PS360 controller. Everyone wants cash, not everyone wants a pile of random stuff worth a few hundred bucks. So, everyone, no more crapping in his thread. If you want to build him a controller, go ahead and post. If not, shut up.
