programing help JTAG, USB

as I have mentionsed before I am buliding this thing

but I need some help getting it programed
the config Prom on it can be programed via JTAG and the FX2 can be programed via USB

but I have no Idea what software to use to get the software for the board inside the chips

pls dont fill this thread with stupid stuff

meny reasons most simpley to be able to run stuff on the gamecube off a hdd or usb but its more than that and I think I have lerned how already btw

and also I am strongley opposed the use of gamecube warez though I already have a way to do that if I wanted to so dont think that is way cause there is a hell of a lot cheaper options than this
