Anyone else interested in this gadget? From what I've heard this newer model is going to support even more hacks than the old one. I'm pretty excited myself.

The newer model says that it has a 2gb internal SD card. Does that mean you could replace it with something of higher capacity?

I honestly don't know why the Classic costs more. It has one or two things the One doesn't have, but the One blows the Classic away overall. For $100, its a great deal. I would love one to play Pandora with. Only bad thing is the battery isn't included.
Does anyone know how video looks on it? I think I read that the refresh rate isn't too great, but I may be thinking of something else.

Call me vain, but I really dislike the new design. I'm almost willing to pay the extra amount for the original design - it's part of what set it apart from all other gadgets out there.

Have any of you used these things? How well do they work and how long does their battery last. They seem neat, if somewhat gimmicky.

I really like the USB port in the back, plugging in my mp3 player would be nice. If I get one I will write you guys a review.

The original chumby has no battery, which sucks, but the makers were nice enough to leave clearly labeled pads on the PCB for wiring an internal battery yourself.

I really like the original, but I am not digging the new one. Someone figured out a way to install Chumby apps on the N800, I tried it, but I do not really see the advantage over a secondary monitor. I can see where some people would really want one, but I have the space for the alternatives, and I do not need to be fashionable.

Anyhow, this new Chumby looks lame. Without the Leather feel, it is pretty generic. Maybe if it were at least 5-7", so it could be used as a digital photo frame as well...

More so before the chumby one beat it price wise, if they could get it down to $70-80 USD, it would be an interesting kit.
