How can I add a power LED?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

How can I add a power LED?

I want to put a power LED on my Mini SNES. Does anyone have a guide or something for me?

Connecting an LED between pin 1 and pin 7 on either of the controller ports should work fine.

Pin 1 is +5 volts, and pin 7 is ground.
