ok need help with ps3 ylod
ok, guys I have repaired this system before. (I would say about 5 times.) The last time I repaired it was about last week and it burned out again just a few moments ago. I do a standard reflow for the entire motherboard...basically preheated and then I reheated the cpu and gpu (the bga chips with the thermal compund) I have noticed that each time after I repaired it, the repair lasted less and less. I have came to the conclusion that the flux in the solder under the bga chips are burned out and need more flux but i can't find any in my area. What action should I do that is recommended? Try redoing the flux or is there another way to do this other than a reballing process, of course.

Is the heatsink dissipating heat properly? If the problem is always coming back, I'd check there.
