DCp halfway done?

Not that I didnt expect to get this far, I just didnt expect to get this far without a major part breaking lol. Well here's my progress:

Original Psone screen, wired for semi function(will explain later)
A/V wired up
PicoPSU powering the Dreamcast
Controller broken down with memory card integrated

Things I have left to do are:

Figure out audio headphone jack setup
Make case(vac formed)
Get battery and power screen and DC off it
replace dreamcast analog stick with PSP analog stick

I say the screen is semi functioning because, I need to figure how to add the headphone jack to it, everything else if functional.
So, can someone point me in the right direction?

I've been wanting to finish this for months and I won't stop here!
