My Spanish teacher has been to Spain several times before, so she insists on teaching the vosotros forms for everything, and has that lisp they have in Spain Spanish (for example, dulces would be dulthes, I believe)NeoGoldenBoy wrote:Well there's no "mecican" language, but it should be called mexican, because the spanish used in Spain is very different to the spanish spoken in Mexico, and the "mexican spanish" is the one that the people learn when they want to speak spanish. (just a little opinion on the subject)

Well the example of dulces (dulces means candies), I think is wrote in the sameway, but the pronunciation is diferent and would be close to how you wrote it.SpongeBuell wrote:My Spanish teacher has been to Spain several times before, so she insists on teaching the vosotros forms for everything, and has that lisp they have in Spain Spanish (for example, dulces would be dulthes, I believe)NeoGoldenBoy wrote:Well there's no "mecican" language, but it should be called mexican, because the spanish used in Spain is very different to the spanish spoken in Mexico, and the "mexican spanish" is the one that the people learn when they want to speak spanish. But Spain spanish (its actually called Castellaño in spanish) is very different from the one spoken in México, and I dont really like it, it sounds... strange, like if you have something stuck in your mouth.
But again, the spanish spoken in México should be called mexican.
