Well the example of dulces (dulces means candies), I think is wrote in the sameway, but the pronunciation is diferent and would be close to how you wrote it.

But Spain spanish (its actually called CastellaÃ±o in spanish) is very different from the one spoken in MÃ©xico, and I dont really like it, it sounds... strange, like if you have something stuck in your mouth.

But again, the spanish spoken in MÃ©xico should be called mexican.

You can actually get the first and second seasons on DVD now. I have a copy. They cost about $50 each season for 7 DVDs.
