PS2 mods

Hi guys, I have been modding computers for sometime, but have always been satisfied with the default counsel. However I now have a xbox 360 and have lost use for my PS2. What cool hacks/mods could I do to it. Its the fat one and is not modieifed in anyway, I would be interested in making it run from a Hard Drive or some sort of other OS. Really Im just wondering whats possible. Thanks

wow, for a sec i thought u meant the 360 which has TONS of mod abilities. The PS2 can have hard drive mods, backup mods, etc, but the coolest thing I've seen done to the PS2 is making it a handheld. Google and youtube will give you some good ideas.
