polycase is untrusted?

Post by Squidlekins »

I just went to polycase.com to buy myself a snazzy little enclosure, but when I went to the checkout to finalize the payment part firefox wigged out and told me that the connection was unsecured and polycase could be a dastardly site bent on stealing my information, money, and probably punching a baby. I was pretty sure that polycase was legitimate because of all the people here who use it. Is firefox out of line?

It's firefoxs fault, unless you went through some junk email that took you to a site that was programmed to look exactly like polycase so you put in you credit information to buy something. We know for a fact that polycase is a trusted site.

the newer versions of firefox does this to me as well, with sites like google, msn, youtube, and other very well secure and trusted sites..

It probably just has something to do with the way the certificates are handled, or some of the data on a page is sent over insecure HTTP.

Ignore it. We <3 Polycase. :P

I love polycase, they are an awesome company, I've talked with them on the phone several times and received many free samples.

After making an order of a case, they called to confirm, because it was a slightly different model than the last one I got, and they wanted to make sure I hadn't mis-typed anything.

They really care about their customers, you will be a-ok with them!
