Test bench adjustable power supply info?

Hello,

I would like to build an adjustable power supply for my test bench. Does anybody know of some good online schematics? I've checked out the LHE's site and that looks pretty good. I've also checked out the Instructables website and they have one. Any others I should check out? I would like something from 0-12 or 15.

Just use an standard computer PSU. You can get ~15V if you use 3V and -12V (instead of ground of course).

Yes, use a computer PSU as a starting point, as it gives you nearly ideal power supplies at all the popular votlages.

From there buy a handful of LM317's or other adjustable regulators and just hook that up to your power supply. You need two resistors to set the output voltage, if one is a potentiometer, then its an adjustable power supply. (up to 1.5A max)
