fixing a corrupt gameshark?

Post by stuntpenguin007 »

I got a working v3.2 gameshark and my broken gameshark. So I plugged my parallel cable into my working one, my broken one into that, and super mario 64 in on top of it all. Then I opened up the program n64utils and hit the update button. It updated my working 3.2 gameshark to a 3.3, but my broken gameshark still doesn't work. I've tried this twice now. Any tips?

btw I cleaned both gamesharks. The working one boots up on the first try now :D

No... Marshallh is just really hardcore. It can be done a lot easier if you have a working gameshark, but for some reason it's not working for me.
