need help with signing into my profile

Ok, this has always happened but it wasn't an issue until earlier today. I sign in to my profile and when i either send a message or post a topic i get signed off... Which goes back to the log in page. Its starting to get annoying. Anyways, is the problem me, my internet access, or the forum itself? I log on at work but same thing happens.

Is your browser set to automatically reject cookies?
