Gamecube controller question.

Post by hailrazer »

Do any games for the Gamecube actually use the button that is at the end of the analog triggers. You know when you pull the triggers all the way in and you hear that click. That is a tact switch which acts as another button on the left and right trigger.

But do you know of any games where they are used?

Thanks for the help :)

Well I found a post that says on Luigi's Mansion if you pull the trigger enough to hit the button , then the vacuum will overheat. So you have to stop pulling the trigger before it hits the button.

And in Mario Sunshine pulling the trigger all the way until it clicks Plants your feet so you can change camera views.

And in Tony Hawk you click them to do a revert.

OK so it looks like I need the tact switch at the end of the triggers.

Meh.................

Nope. On R, it is the max speed of the vacuum.
On L, you will shoot a burst of whatever element you have equipped. Otherwise it is just a constant stream. It is a lot harder to complete the game without this.

Would you like a professional looking custom case for your portable? I may be able to help you. Check out this link:
