What kind of eproms do snes games use?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

They use mask roms. They are a bit different in pinout than regular eproms/flashroms.
If you wanna make your own carts try getting some 28c010's

Where can I find an eprom programmer for $25 (or less) That can program that eprom? I'm only going to use it once so the cheaper the better.
