What a jerkwad! Sueing game companies with no real basis in reality, then suing facebook because somehow angry comments cause harm.

In his defense, it wasn't just a case of someone saying "Jack Thompson smells like poo!" It was a case of someone saying they'd give $50 to anyone who punches him in the face, $50 to anyone who uploads a video of it.

While I would like to see a video of him getting punched in the face, he has every right to be mad at that. If any group of people would be likely to follow through on that kind of deal, it'd be gamers. The point that he actually fails is in trying to sue facebook for it.
