Size of N64 chips?

Could somebody give me approximate measurements of the 4 chips (the two small ones can be counted as one) that are attached to the heat sink in the N64? I can't get a hold of my N64 for another week, but I'm trying to get heat sinks ordered ahead of time.

Where do you get the gold/yellow heat sinks that I see so often in N64 projects?

I a lot of those people take off from old motherboards and video cards. I know a lot of the early AGP cards like S3's and Tridents used those colors on them as well as some motherboards.
