on the forums I get redirected to other advertiser sites.... today I was redirected to a rather inappropriate site.... I'm guessing it wouldn't be suitable site for most people on the forums...

Yea it's happening a lot lately.

Pretty irritating because it redirects without asking and then you can't hit the back button, it just keeps redirecting. So you have to go back manually.

I know it may be necessary but I don't like it.

It's completely uneccessary and should not be done to us. We go to BH for modding purposes, not to get redirected to porn and being unable to get back.

I myself haven't been redirected yet. (Opera 10 on Win7 RC 64 bit, no adblock or script blocking addons)

Oh, sorry, I didn't see that thread. I just found it odd that I'm just browsing the benheck forums, and all of a sudden I'm redirected to porno.

No porn for me. It happened four or five times to me and I haven't been redirected since. Couple times on Firefox and a couple times on Safari.

the first 4 or 5 times it was some fake virus thing and then it happened.

It's only redirected me there once, so it must be rarer to get.

I was continually redirected to a PC virus scan page that tries to make it look like a regular windows folder being opened. I switched my OS to Windows Media Center Edition and now every once in a while I get pushed to a different one.
