You take a chance even if they are longtime members. I had issues on BH with people who had been there for years. Thats why you pay with a guaranteed method. It doesn't even matter if he's a newb, a scammer is a scammer. Look at some of the regulars here, I had "iffy" sales with them and they are here hawking their stuff and getting good trades....
