Need Help...Xbox 360 Portable!

Okay so I have made two Xbox 360 portables already and I'm stuck on my third one

Here is the problem...
I don't want whoever buys this one to have to carry around two power cords with them (the monitors power supply and the Xbox 360's power supply) because well that's just a pain in the butt. So can anyone tell me how to connect the monitors power supply with the Xbox 360's power supply so that I only have to carry around one? I am comfortable doing very technical and challenging work on circuit boards and with wires (I go to college for electronic engineering) and I'm hoping someone can help me out here even if you just have a suggestion please let me know...even if it's extremely complicated.

I might as well point out to anyone who's considering making an Xbox 360 portable that it is much easier making an Xbox 360 portable in a pre-built case like the Pelican cases I used before. This time I made my own case so that it would be smaller and more convenient, but because of that I ran into this problem since I don't have enough room to put the power supplies in the case itself.

Here is the information on the power supplies

Monitor
Model: PDN-48-48A
Input: 100-240V ~ 1.0A
Output: 12V - - - 4.0A

Xbox 360
Model: DPSN-168CB A
Input: AC, 100V, 50-60Hz, 4.7A
Output: DC, 12V - - - 14.2A, 5Vsb - - - 1A

Well it seems that the monitor and the 360 both take 12V.
You can take one plug, and wire both the screen and console to it.

Yea thats the basic idea of what I want to do, but can you be more detailed...I'm looking for an explanation or a walk through about how to do that, thanks!

If you provided me with picture of both plugs, i could do a simple mockup.

Well I was going to upload a few pictures I already have but my camera wont turn on, so if you type in the model numbers on google there will be plenty of pictures, let me know if the pictures aren't good enough and ill work a little faster to fix my camera.

the last portion of the guide is how Ben wired the screen and 360 PSU together to share a cord.

Alternatively, if you use a 360 with a Jasper motherboard, then you can use an older model 360 PSU by itself to power your screen and 360.
