Pustom 3.5" screen.

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Pustom 3.5" screen.

Post by retrodelee »

Sorry... I know it has been pointed out before, but I've sat here for an hour now and Can't find the picture I am looking for that I saw last night (and forgot to save).

Someone posted a picture of the Pustom screen's innards, and pointed out the pinouts for the power plug... (audio power, video, etc.)
Ummm... Where is that stinkin' picture at?
I keep looking,,, but it keeps hiding! LOL

Hmm... Mine is a BIT different, but I think it is the same concept. Mine shows the green input... like the one below with 4 pinouts.
It also has a Black one right next to it with 3 pinouts.
And the power is next to it as well.
Kind of strange, but I suppose it is the same thing.

(the one shown is a 2.5 inch... mine is 3.5"... so it will be a bit different)

Well... that didn't seem to help me all of the way. I'm not sure what the deal is.

Take a look at this one....

That's the board I have (from what I can tell).
I've got power to the screen, audio and ground.
While trying to add the video... I get nothing. I've got audio playing in the background. No video though.
I will post this in the atari forum, but I wanted to add this picture as well to this thread.
