I'm a NOOB, so take it easy...
I had a PSP that I took to work daily. I usually played it in the stairwell during my lunch. The stairwell is nice and dark and cool. Also, it's almost loft like. The top floor of our building is the 3rd floor, but if you continue up another 1/2 flight there is a landing with roof access. It's always empty and no one ever comes up.
Now, I loved my PSP, but the games were too short and I wanted more of a challenge (MGS3, RE4, etc). I decided to trade the PSP for a PS2 Slim. My dilemma is that I want to play the PS2 in my "Secret Spot", but there are no electrical outlets up there.
I've ordered this portable DVD player: PET723 7" Philips Widescreen
I've also ordered this battery to power the PS2: RB-270 (9v 5400mAh Li-Ion)
Will this setup allow me to play my PS2 "wirelessly"?
Is there anything else I need?
I plan on making some sort of case to hold it all so that I can easily transport everything (Controller, PS2, DVD Plyr). Any ideas?

Re: Making my PS2 Portable
So, I'll answer my own question...
The PET723 doesn't have an A/V in, only an A/V out.
Therefore, I had to return it and I'm now waiting for a AXN-7801. This is TV with A/V in/out and TV Tuner.
I think I can make something cool out of this!!

Re: Making my PS2 Portable
from what it sounds like, you're going have to keep the entire portable DVD player. it'll make for a bulky PS2p but it's doable. Also, with a battery that size, you can play the PS2 for a little while, but if you're running both off just that battery, then you won't get much playtime. which are you trying to do?
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
